Before each call, your DigiFriend sees a brief reminder of what you've talked about - so they actually remember your stories.
You choose a plan when you sign up and are billed monthly. You can cancel any time - you won't be charged again after your current billing period ends.
What happens if I don't use all my credits?
Unused credits roll over automatically to the next month. They don't expire as long as your subscription is active.
Can I talk to multiple DigiFriends at once?
Yes. You can build friendships with as many DigiFriends as your credits allow. The Plus and Premium plans are specifically designed for people who want multiple recurring conversations each week.
What happens if I miss a scheduled call?
If you miss a call without cancelling at least 24 hours in advance, the credits for that session are forfeited. Your DigiFriend set aside that time specifically for you - this policy ensures they're fairly compensated even when plans change.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
How long is each video call?
Standard calls are 60 minutes. The call ends automatically at the time limit unless both parties agree to extend - which uses additional credits.
Is DigiFriend available for seniors or people in care homes?
